Although therapy and coaching share some similarities it is important to know the distinction in order to determine what service is most appropriate for you. Therapy focuses on treating a mental health diagnosis or dysfunction with a focus on stabilizing and healing. Coaching presumes a level of mental wellness where the client can focus on setting and achieving goals in various areas of their life. Clients who are struggling with significant mental health symptoms would benefit most from therapy. Coaching is often helpful for clients who finish therapy and would like to continue supportive services to set and achieve goals.
Professional development coaching is ideal for individuals or teams who are looking to sharpen and expand their skills as professionals. Whether you are just starting to explore vocational interests or in the thick of leadership, you can maximize your impact (and your earnings) by setting goals for yourself and developing critical skills specific to your business and needs.

Nature coaching is an approach to coaching that integrates the value of nature and its teachings. It is both an indoor and outdoor approach that incorporates mindfulness experiences and draws on connections between the natural world, its cycles, and how we navigate our own experiences. Not sure if coaching is right for you or your team? No problem! I am happy to schedule a 15 minute discovery call to learn more about what you are looking for and how I might help. If coaching is not the right fit I will provide you with a recommendation and/or referral for your next steps.
Number of sessions is up to you as the client, based on your goals and the things you are committed to working on. Some clients reach their goals within a few sessions, some are seen more frequently, or over longer spans of time. You are always welcome to come back to coaching after taking time off for any reason.
I am happy to set up a consultation call to explore if coaching or training would be the right fit for your team. If so, we would collaborate on your goals, company values, and how to make an impact with your team.
